Yes. We offer free site visits in Chiclana and the surrounding area to assess your project and send you a detailed, no-obligation quote.
What information do I need to request a quote?
You just need to be clear about the area you want to renovate and, if possible, some specific ideas or needs. We'll advise you on everything else.
In which areas do you work besides Chiclana?
We primarily work in Chiclana de la Frontera, Novo Sancti Petri, La Barrosa, Conil, San Fernando, and other nearby areas along the Cadiz coast. If you have any questions, please contact us and we'll confirm availability.
During the work
Who is in charge of coordinating the different unions?
At Bakana, we take care of all the coordination. Masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, or interior design: we work together seamlessly so you don't have to worry about a thing.
What happens if I want to make a change during the work?
We're flexible. If any changes arise from the initial plan, we'll inform you of the impact on time and budget, and we adapt the work with complete transparency.
How do you ensure cleanliness and order during work?
We protect unaffected areas, clean up daily, and prevent waste buildup. When finished, we perform a basic cleaning to ensure everything is ready for use.
Can I stay home during the renovation?
Yes, in many partial renovations, it's possible to coexist with the work. In comprehensive renovations, we discuss this with you so you can make the best decision based on the scope and timeframe.
Budget and conditions
Is the budget fixed or could additional costs arise?
The estimate we provide you is detailed and comprehensive. If you want to add or change anything during the project, we'll review it with you before proceeding. Nothing is done without your approval.
Do you offer payment or financing facilities?
Yes. We can split the payment into phases based on the progress of the project. If you need external financing, we can also advise you on available options.
How long does a comprehensive renovation usually take?
Depending on the size and complexity, a complete renovation can generally take between 4 and 8 weeks. In each case, we provide you with a precise and realistic timeline.
What exactly does the quote price include?
It includes labor, materials (if we manage them), waste management, final cleaning, and technical follow-up. Everything is broken down by item so you know what you're paying for.
